The premises of the FONTANA Law Firm, located at 12, rue Etraz in Lausanne, have been operated by lawyers since the 1950s.
In 1995, Ms. Véronique FONTANA joined forces with Mr. Pierre JOMINI, practising as a barrister in this firm. After the departure of Mr. JOMINI in 2005, Ms. FONTANA took over the firm by herself, before forming a new team. Learn more

Ms Véronique Fontana has extensive experience in the judiciary. She worked for many years as a clerk at the Cantonal Court and as a judge at the Juvenile Court of the Canton of Vaud, where she presided over numerous hearings, alongside her work as a solicitor, which she has practised continuously since 1990. Ms Véronique Fontana practises law, drawing on her skills, dynamism and energy to defend the cases brought before her.
Me Véronique Fontana exerce une importante activité d’avocate judiciaire, assiste et représente ses clients devant les Tribunaux dans les domaines du droit pénal, civil et administratif. A l’âge de 24 ans elle a été admise au Barreau de Genève et a développé ensuite la pratique de son métier dans toute la Suisse. A la suite de l’obtention de son brevet d’avocat elle s’est associée avec Me Pierre Jomini. Au décès de son associé et ami Me Pierre Jomini, elle a repris seule l’Etude en 2005, étude qu’elle a développée et qui compte actuellement 12 collaborateurs et secrétaires et avec 2 bureaux, l’un à Lausanne et l’autre à Morges.
Grâce à son activité d’avocat-conseil du Touring Club Suisse (TCS) et à son engagement auprès du TCS Section vaudoise, et auprès du TCS au niveau national, elle a développé une activité importante et reconnue dans les domaines de la circulation routière, du droit pénal, du droit administratif et du droit de la responsabilité civile. Après avoir exercé la fonction de Vice-présidente du TCS Section vaudoise pendant une dizaine d’années, Me Véronique Fontana a été élue le 6 mai 2010, Présidente du TCS Section vaudoise, qui compte près de 200’000 membres. Me Véronique Fontana a été administratrice du TCS national depuis le 17 juin 2011. Elle a terminé ses activités pour le TCS en mai 2013.
Elle a créé en 2000 la rubrique «Vaud Droits» dans le journal Touring «Vaud Pages» et a publié chaque mois dans ce magazine des articles dans différents domaines du droit (droit de la vente, contrats d’entreprises, droit administratif, droit pénal, droit des assurances et de la responsabilité civile, droit de la circulation routière).
Me Véronique Fontana a participé à de nombreuses conférences dans le domaine du droit de la circulation routière.
Grâce à son engagement dans diverses affaires pénales médiatisées, Me Véronique Fontana est invitée régulièrement dans diverses émissions de télévision pour intervenir en qualité d’experte dans le cadre d’affaires pénales criminelles.
Me Fontana a été Présidente de la Fondation Madeleine Moret, Maison de la femme, de 2008 à 2013. Elle exerce une activité importante en droit des sociétés et de l’association et dans des domaines qui touchent aux questions, contractuelles et judiciaires, en particulier en droit de la famille et du divorce dans le domaine international également ainsi que dans le monde du droit du travail et du bail.
Me Véronique Fontana a également travaillé à la Kredietbank (Suisse) SA à Genève et à Lugano, comme chef du service juridique, où elle a acquis de solides connaissances dans les domaines du droit bancaire et financier.

Marc Mullegg practises as a versatile barrister, mainly in private and criminal law. His main areas of expertise are judicial law, contract law in general (leases, sales, business and mandates), labour law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, civil liability, banking law and sports law.
A graduate of the Institute of International Law Studies (IEDI), Marc Mullegg worked as an assistant at the University of Lausanne, where he obtained a law degree with a specialisation in political economy (doctorate, 1976) and Swiss law (1977).
He then worked as a lawyer in the Legal Department of Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in Lausanne, where he acquired a solid knowledge of banking and financial law. He was also responsible for teaching banking contracts at the Chamber of Trustees School.
After working for several years as a clerk-draftsman at the Civil Court of the Cantonal Court of Vaud, then as first deputy clerk at the same court, Marc Mullegg completed his legal training at a law firm in Lausanne and Geneva.
He obtained his barrister's certificate in 1998. He then worked for fifteen years at the same firm. Marc Mullegg joined Fontana in January 2013.

Ms Morgane Savoy holds a Bachelor's degree in Swiss law (2020) and a Master's degree in law, which she passed with distinction (summa cum laude) (2022), both from the University of Lausanne.
During her studies, she worked as an intern at the firm and then continued to work there regularly alongside her Master's degree, during which she took courses in many areas of law, including criminal law, labour law, insurance law, immigration law, etc.
In January 2023, she joined the team as a legal advisor.

Pierre H. Blanc obtained his law degree in 1970, his doctorate in law in 1971, and his Vaud bar license in 1974. He wrote a thesis on federal administrative procedure.
During his law studies, Pierre H. Blanc was Vice-Chancellor of the Federal Appeals Commission for Old Age and Survivors' Insurance (AVS/AI) for insured persons domiciled abroad.
He practiced law from 1974 to 2001 as a partner at the Blanc & Wiswald law firm in Lausanne.
From 2001 to 2004, Pierre H. Blanc was active in the field of aeronautics. He was administrator and director of a European center for advanced aeronautical training. He taught courses for professional pilots and airline pilots in the subjects of “aviation law, operational procedures, and transport of dangerous goods.” He holds Swiss and US professional pilot licenses for multi-engine and jet aircraft, with an instrument flight rating.
From 2004 to 2011, Pierre H. Blanc was an investigating judge and professional military prosecutor. During this period, he taught criminal law, criminal procedure, and judicial police techniques at the Military Police School in Savatan.
Since May 1, 2011, Pierre H. Blanc has been President of the Riviera Police Commission in Vevey.
